Need coders!

Hi there. This post gonna be long so read carefully. First of all, i wanna make a graphics studio. I made a concept, but as i am not a coder, i cannot do everything my self. Of course i can take codes from other sites but it won't get exactly what i want.

Here is the concept. Look at it, and then read below only if you are a coder.

I want the categories to be splitted, and to have only head image without base. But the head images got to be different, to show the Category Name.
As i want dif head images to display the category names as pictures, i want the Forum Name and Category Name bar to disappear.
Also, as you see there, i want a code for Border around forum and menu button reposition.
A cool infocenter. It would be nice to be not so big, with not so many info. Just threads, members online, posts, last member, last post. No more Active members last 24 hours or such dump like that.
I know it is possible to have the boards with gradients liek i made them. So it would be nice to try to make something like that. This project can go up to 1 month, but to be done almost perfect .

I know this is the hard part of the project. And that's why it would be nice to have 2 coders. The 2 coders who will join the project, will take credit in the footer image, and also will become staff.

If you need coders there are lots of people can be available to do the code with certain type of logic also and also do the testing while it creates the code . There are also so many websites can be available to do the coding in different manner .
