The alternate will be having a full code in your headers & footers instead of an externally hosted code. Quote:Andrew says: |

RE: ProBoards & wImg Host Uploader
Wow. I didn't expect you to take me seriously, Wrighty.
But cool beans if you do that. This is precisely why I never host or planned on hosting any TOS-breaking scripts on my site. It's one thing to make them, but I never host them. On that note, I've only ever made like two, and I released neither. Or did I release the Post Comments/Karma one? IDK. It wasn't malicious anyway. I certainly wouldn't release malicious scripts. Malicious shit has never been my area of interest. Just making things seem Web 2.0 (ajax/etc.), which ProBoards doesn't allow due to TOS. ![]() I thought your TOS-breaking scripts were going to be on wrighty.info? Not wImg? And the post they link to says it would be hosted on talkpark.net, instead of wImg. Odd. I'm just glad they didn't block wimg.co.uk/whatever.js. I just got done uploading all my headers/footers to there when I read the announcement. You could always just upload your wImg uploader/whatever to wImg via your upload script, then use that as the official release, instead of using the /js/ directory. |
