With a trailing slash. It probably checks to see if the image (without the trailing slash) exists before it allows you to use it. Upon redirect, it decides that it doesn't exist.

Well, he should simply use his haxxorz and make sure the forum doesn't do that. That's laaaaamme. Why does it append a trailing slash to that? I know the actual image doesn't exist but the directory certainly does. -cries- Ah well. If I can get my name changed I'll be all good. >.>

Directories end with a trailing slash. The server looks for a file called whatever.jpg. When it doesn't find one, it looks for a directory called whatever.jpg. When it finds one, it appends the slash (because it's a directory) and loads the directory's index file.

You'd have to use .htaccess to do it without the slash. But it don't matter, since Wrighty said he fixed it.
